Position Purpose: The Dean of Students serves as an integral member of the college’s Student Affairs team focused on student access, retention, persistence, and success at each of the college’s locations. The position is a member of the college’s management team (i.e., Riverland Council and Strategic Planning), which builds and encourages effective professional relationships with colleagues and leaders in the community. Position Purpose: The Vice President of Strategic Enrollment and Equity (VPSEE) oversees the Student Affairs Division, leads the College’s Strategic Enrollment Plan, and serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) officer for the College.
