Job Description and Qualifications:The Tourism Director is responsible for the leadership and coordination of all tourism related activities for Owatonna. The Director will market and ‘sell’ Owatonna as a place for group meetings and as a place to visit. The Director will be required to attend various trade shows, professional organization meetings and conferences which could include night and weekend hours.
