Downtown Owatonna - In and around Central Park, 100 block of Cedar Ave
Fees/Admission
$40 for street vendors
$165 for food trucks, only Friday, $100 only Saturday and $225 for both dates
No Charge for Non-Profit Organizations and Downtown Businesses in the Main Street District
