Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Join us as Dr. Darren walks us through the 3 Pillars of Stress. Learn how emotional stress, physical stressors and chemical stressors are not allowing us to live our best lives. Lunch will be provided by Old Town Bagels. Event starts at noon at the Owatonna Public Utilities
Join as a pass holder ($40) and get in on 8 events at no additional cost or $10 per event.
YPro Passes for 2019 are available for young professionals ages working in the Owatonna community; passes are $40 per person and includes the Young Professional's admission to eight events to be held in 2019. Those who don't purchase a YPro Pass may attend YPro events for a fee of $10 per event.
