Syverson Pressure Washing is an exterior cleaning company based in Rochester, Minnesota, serving homeowners and businesses throughout southeast Minnesota. Owner Isaiah Syverson started the company in January 2025 with a simple goal: help people protect what is often the largest investment they will ever make.
The company provides house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence restoration, rust and oil removal, ice dam removal, and permanent lighting installation. Every service uses the correct pressure and chemistry for the surface, which is the difference between cleaning something and damaging it.
Before starting the business, Isaiah spent two years in construction sales, where he worked through more than 1,000 insurance claims and dealt directly with storm damage, adjusters, and property restoration. That experience shaped how he approaches the work today. He is not just looking at dirt on a house. He is looking at what it will cost the homeowner if it goes untreated.
That background also led to something he did not expect. Isaiah now regularly presents educational seminars to realtor brokerages, insurance offices, and business groups on exterior maintenance and how property condition affects value, buyer perception, and insurance coverage. He has presented at nearly every major brokerage in Rochester, and the goal is always the same: give people information they can actually use.
Community involvement has become just as much a part of the business as the work itself. Isaiah regularly volunteers his time and equipment for local causes. This past summer, when a free children's summer camp at a Rochester mobile home community lost air conditioning during a heat wave and was forced to cut days short, Isaiah brought his equipment out and put on a water fight so the kids could finish their week. The story was covered by KIMT News 3. He also sponsors local charity events and looks for ways to give back wherever he can.
''The goal was never to be the cheapest option,'' Isaiah says. ''It was to be the one people trust. And honestly, the best part of this whole thing has been the people. If you take care of your community, everything else follows.''
Isaiah is looking forward to getting to know the Owatonna business community and is grateful for the chance to introduce himself. He believes the best businesses are built on relationships, not transactions, and he is eager to learn from the people who have built something here.
