The Gateway Apartment's strongest feature is a huge arch window that echoes the arch window of downtown Owatonna's world-famous National Farmers' Bank building. The arch also welcomes people into Owatonna's central business district.
A luxury apartment building with open and bright one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 660 to 1,325 square feet, The Gateway has been designed to set a new standard for apartment living among downtown Owatonna residents.
In addition to the Prairie Style architecture, the building will feature such amenities as a professionally landscaped plaza overlooking the Straight River, underground parking with a car wash bay, a community room with a full kitchen, a central elevator, and game and exercise rooms.
Each apartment in the building will have full appliances, including a washer and dryer, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, walk-in closets, and basic cable included in rent.
