About Us
Alliance for Greater Equity (“AGE”) is a non-profit organization in Owatonna committed to advancing equity and building a cohesive community where unity, respect, and dignity create a sense of belonging for everyone. Our focus is mission-driven, meaning we focus our work and all decisions on the two main prongs of our mission statement: Advancing Equity and Creating Belonging in our community. We do this by providing learning opportunities and resources to increase equity; creating opportunities to celebrate diverse cultures; standing alongside and helping support and advocate for community members who are marginalized; and partnering with community agencies and organizations to broaden participation of underrepresented groups throughout the community.
