Job Description
Digital Messaging:
Create & Implement an effective, consistent, ongoing social medial presence in order to increase awareness & support of our mission. Utilize our existing social medial accounts while building our influence through additional platforms.  develop an online giving campaignthat utilizes & grows our existing donor email database. Maintain organizational web site: modify as necessary as consumer usage enolves.  Develope & Sustain a campaign for local promotion of the national "Cost of Home" advocacy campaign, with appropriate benchmarks & goals.  Ensure that all Messaging is consistent with Habitat for Humanity International branding guidelines & standards.
Become the primary "face" for Habitat for Humanity in Steele & Waseca counties. Engage with local civic, faith & Business groups to become supporters & active volunteers. Work cl9osely with all others on Habitat staff to undersand & fulfill the organizational ned for funds, awareness & vol7unteers to support our Mission.  Recruit & place job site volunteers at projects in the desginated counties. Assis with subcontractor recruitment & Homeowner relations as needed
