DESCRIPTION:Millennials at Work with Becki Tindall from Federated Insurance\n\nIn this presentation\, we will be focusing on the Millennial generation with handouts provided that you can take away and use as a resource in your workplace. Information covered will include hiring\, retaining and on-boarding Millennials. \n\n\n\nThroughout her career\, Becki has worked in a variety of multi-generational workplaces including schools\, colleges\, and manufacturing and has been at Federated Insurance since 2000.  Since 2004 Becki has been a Supervisor at Federated in addition to facilitating classes in the Federated Learning Center on Generational Differences.  Becki is certified in Franklin Covey's Working Across Generations and Leading Across Generations and has provided workshops and presentations on Generational Differences for the past 15 years. Her passion for understanding generational differences developed from being raised in a multi-generational\, Pennsylvania Dutch household and she has extensively studied generational distinctions throughout American history.\n\n\n\n\n\n*All Chamber members are welcome to this free event that includes lunch.
